Loop requires an iOS device to get started. You can download our free iOS app by searching "Loop Display" in the App Store, or clicking here. Once Loop is up and running, you can enjoy Loop without a smartphone. Our Android app is coming soon!
Channels allow you to organize content onto your Loop into curated feeds that you can enjoy privately, or share with friends and family. When you invite someone to your Channel, they can view and add content to that specific Channel only. Use the Channel Knob on your Loop to change the Channel that is currently displaying.
Loop connects to the internet through Wi-Fi. To connect Loop to your Wi-Fi, download the Loop app and make sure your phone's bluetooth is on. Then follow the simple prompts on screen to connect to your network.
Yes! You can invite as many people as you’d like to share content to your Loop. You can create different Channels and invite different people to each one. All they need to get started is the free Loop app.
Loop comes with a power cord and A/C adaptor so you can leave it plugged in for uninterrupted viewing. You can turn Loop off by holding the power button at the bottom of the device for 3 seconds. You can also tap the button once to put Loop's screen to sleep. We recommend leaving your Loop on so that it can receive firmware updates as necessary.
To create a channel, tap the plus sign (+) located in the top right corner of your Loop app. A channel can be created from your camera roll, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or youcan even create a videochat channel.
To send a photo or video to a channel you have already created, tap the Send icon at the bottom of your Loop app. You can tap “All Photos” at the top of your app to choose different albums on your phone. Once you select the content you want to send to your Loop, select which channel(s) you want to add it to and then tap send!
